Continuity Planning - Man on escalator - Environmental factors must be considered during business continuity planning.Anthony Hulton has business risk management experience in both the private and public sector and is a Member of the Business Continuity Institute. He has studied and researched risk management at the London School of Economics and enhanced this by achieving a Masters in Intelligence and International Security at Kings College London specialising in South East Asian Terrorism. Tony is a former British Army Officer and has worked with government departments including the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the former Ministry of Agriculture during the national foot and mouth crisis and local government units. Additionally he has developed specialised business continuity plans in the City of London focusing on both general and specific business continuity procedures to manage a variety of scenarios including procedures for responding to a chemical, radiological, biological and nuclear attack in urban areas. Tony has also assisted Makati City Council, in the Philippines, in the development of its disaster response procedures. Tony is the Managing Director of Continuity Planning.
